THE KEY TO INSPIRING LOYALTY IN YOUR TEAM (KIDS, PARTNER, ETC).

Biz leaders: If you’d love to help your team stay as engaged and inspired (and thus as disciplined, reliable, focused, and fulfilled) as possible, I highly recommend diving in to values work. Yesterday, if possible.

A huge part of the work I do with clients these days starts with John Demartini’s Values Determination Process. In this scenario, you would have each team member (yourself included) go through the process (regularly, quarterly at least) to identify what inspires them do do what they do *in this season of life.*

Once you’ve identified their actual, real-life-demonstrates-this-to-be-true values (not the ones they think sound nice in an interview or convo), you’d go through their job description, task by task, to help them create links. To see how the work they’re doing in your company benefits them personally in terms of what they care about most.

Thing is, we’re not technically loyal to each other, companies, etc… we’re loyal to getting our values met. 🤓 As long as you can help these talented humans see how being part of your organization helps them prioritize what matters most *to them,* you’ll be able to build a relationship based on mutual respect and intrinsic (sustainable) inspo!

BONUS: Parents, this works with kids. Teachers, this works with students. And partners, friends, siblings, strangers… knowing someone’s values will help you communicate with them more effectively. You’ll help them feel (and actually BE) seen, heard, and appreciated for who they ARE not just what they DO. And who doesn’t want that?? ❤️
