To a service-based biz owner looking to shift from done FOR you to more leveraged done WITH you model (not seeing the forest for the trees) – replace *copy* with whatever support you’re offering and see if this sparks an idea for you 🤓✨
Have you ever played w the idea of a flagship program where your clients / members can log in for office hours calls to get your eyeballs on their copy? 🤓✨
You could offer those calls and mix in coworking / co-writing calls where they gotta sit and get it done.
If you have a self study course that’s the perf bonus so that they have your suggestions on demand and you can really hit the ground running with deeper feedback by the time they get to the calls.
Context on this feedback from a total digi-stranger: I have a similar background – I worked 1:1 with clients when I started my biz back in 2013 – writing and styling with them not FOR them, launched A Course About Copy® in 2014 to help them DIY and free up my time and energy for LIFE and other projects.
They LOVE getting my eyes on their copy. And I’d much rather do that than offer 1:1 in that arena! #winwin
Supporting on copy and comm doesn’t inspire me as MUCH these days (haven’t actively launched my course in years!, but if / when I’d ever offer a recurring revenue model around copy / content support, this would be the ticket for sure.
The members could have VAs or whoever coming to the calls and pay a fraction of what they’d pay for private work. Likewise you could have your juniors leading the calls and offering feedback too.
Those who value more feedback and time with you will auto-ascend into your VIP offers bc they’ll SEE all the other people valuing your feedback in the group.
